Pablo has over 19 years of professional experience in architecture, sustainability and integrated design. He is committed to assisting design teams to achieve high-performing sustainable design. With Master's level qualifications in Architecture and Town Planning, Pablo is in a unique position to bridge architectural and engineering cultures. Through close collaboration with architects, Pablo can integrate sustainability concepts harmoniously into architectural design. His goal is to achieve low-energy, high-comfort buildings that, thanks to their configuration and design, are optimally adapted to their environment and perform their functional requirements. Pablo has collaborated with world-class architects, including Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid, Alejandro Aravena, Dominique Perrault, Jean-Paul Viguier, and Marc Mimram.

Camille is a French registered Architect with over nine years of professional experience in mixed-use, retail, and interior design. Three years ago, she pivoted her career towards Sustainable Design and consulting, recognising the critical importance of integrating sustainability into the built environment.​ ​ Currently, she leads the Asia and EME hubs for Impact Futures in the Hong Kong studio, where she drives initiatives focused on sustainability and wellness. Her extensive background in various design sectors has equipped her with a unique perspective on the challenges faced by rapidly developing cities and the necessity of fostering strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.​ ​ Camille approaches sustainability through the lens of design and holds training in international certification standards such as LEED and WELL. Her commitment to diversity and social equity is evident in her pioneering DEI studies at Woods Bagot. She is dedicated to enhancing the quality of the built environment and supporting the transition to more resilient cities and communities, utilising sustainable processes and technologies to create solutions that benefit the communities she serves.

Serkan is a chartered Sustainability and Building Physics Engineer with a strong passion for computational design and analysis to enhance building design. He has over nine years’ experience with large-scale dynamic energy, thermal comfort, daylight/glare, and shading modelling to optimise building design and improve outcomes for NCC, town planning, Green Star, and NABERS benchmarking across all sectors.​ Serkan specialises in data-driven design through parametric modelling, applicable at both the building level and precinct/master plan level. He excels at providing design advice to ensure buildings are as efficient and comfortable as possible to improve their sustainability outcomes.

Brian is a sustainability specialist with over eight years of experience across five continents helping organisations navigate the intersection of climate change, loss of nature, and pollution. Brian finds genuine satisfaction in helping organisations translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies that future-proof organisations from possible risks as they meet their growth and investment goals. Having worked with organisations like Pangolin Associates, the Carbon Trust, and United Nations Environment Programme, Brian has a proven track record in delivering complex GHG measurements, decarbonisation pathways, climate risk assessments and capital climate alignment across the manufacturing, education, infrastructure, banking, mining, transport and energy sectors. His technical expertise spans global reporting frameworks and standards such as ASRS, NZ-CS, CSRD, IFRS, GHG Protocol, Climate Active, Toitu, NGERS, PCAF, SBTI, and NZIF. He possesses a unique expertise in bridging the gap between high-level ESG strategy and ESD ensuring that investments are resilient against both the physical and transitional risks of changing climate and nature.
